Description
We are looking for our future Head of Performance Management and Steering to oversee the operations of AXA Partners globally.
You will be responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of the assistance and insurance businesses on a global scale, ensuring that processes are optimised and strategic objectives are achieved.
This is a new function within the AXA Partners central teams.
This position is critical to ensure operational efficiency and quality of service delivery.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Alongside our COO Community you will help define the Group’s ambitions in terms of operational performance
- Establish internal and external benchmarks for operational performance/productivity
- Identify best practices and areas for improvement
- Assess the impact of technological developments on AXA Partners’ operational performance
- Define a strategic operational performance framework and key levers to achieve top performance, including organisation (e.g. Hubbing), processes, people and technology (e.g. AI)
- Support operations management in setting objectives
Engaging in a dialogue on performance with AXA Partners countries
- Analyse data from AXA entities, ensure consistency, understand trends and their underlying drivers
- Establish appropriate and effective governance to engage in performance dialogue with AXA entities, assess their performance and roadmaps on behalf of the Group COO
- Prepare for annual dialogue with AXA Partners country CEOs
Support the Chief Operations Offices in launching, driving and securing the financial benefits of key strategic initiatives in operations
- Sourcing / outsourcing topics
- Digitisation and automation issues
- Monitoring the impact of global operations initiatives (productivity and quality)
- Develop and monitor the business plan for new operational platforms (financial and operational modelling)
Qualifications
You have :
- Significant and proven experience in finance, audit and/or strategic consulting
- Experience in performance management or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
- Strong complex problem solving and analytical skills to challenge the status quo
