Nous recherchons : Pour nos enseignes de grande distribution AUCHAN, AMC (Monoprix, Casino, Franprix), SYSTEME U et CARREFOUR, et en contact direct avec les compte-clés référents, nous sommes à la recherche d’une assistante commerciale pour la gestion administrative suivante :

Principales missions :

• Analyse, suivi, validation dans le système ERP.

• Gestion de la facturation des NIP.

• Gestion et suivi de la facturation des pénalités logistiques.

• Création et mise à jour des opérations promotionnelles.

• Validation et suivi des contrats de mandats promotionnels.

• Assurer la livraison de bout en bout des programmes et projets, nécessitant jugement indépendant et discrétion, avec création de processus et identification des améliorations possibles.

Compétences Requises :

• Diplôme associé ou expérience équivalente.

• Expérience dans la gestion de fournisseurs.

• Gestion des données.

• Expérience avec SharePoint.

• Connaissance en HTML.

• Compétences avancées en Excel.

• Capacité prouvée à créer de fortes relations internes

• Compétences analytiques.

• Style de travail flexible.

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
