Job Description:

The Temporary Automation Specialist in our Business Analytics team is responsible for implementing and supporting data-driven automations for new and existing business processes. The specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing business operations, by collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and identifying opportunities to leverage Envista’s tech stack to automate processes. With a base in analytics and automation, the specialist also works with Envista’s Digital Marketing team to establish and improve Content Targeting in our Digital Marketing tools.

Additionally, the Automation Specialist supports the analytics team by setting up automations to extract and combine data for use in reporting and serves as a backup for supporting existing reports and working with the data warehouse team to ensure data accuracy when needed.

The Automation Specialist’s expertise is a key contributor to the success of the organization.

Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement data-driven automations between systems for various departments

  • Enable content targeting by transforming commercial strategy to automated data flows

  • Optimize business operations by automating processes with RPA

  • Assist analytics team in automating report creation and data preparation

  • Identify opportunities to implement or enhance processes where information or requests are shared between teams or departments

  • Backup & support for reporting

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialty in statistical methods and techniques and/or programming, such as financial economics, informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or econometrics;

  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Automate & Power Apps

  • Experience with high-level programming languages (Python, VBA etc.)

  • Experience with REST API

  • One or more data management/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Discoverer etc.)

YOUR COMPETENCES

  • Strong logical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and languages

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must be able to work in a complex multi-platform environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
