As the Country Sales Leader for France, you will be responsible for implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and margin growth across the country. Managing a team of sales professionals, you will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational objectives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales business in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive country level sales strategy aligned with the regional strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales force.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the country.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team & category management teams to develop effective campaigns that are suited to the target customer or channel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular market feedback to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Proven track record of at in sales leadership roles, preferably in a distributor or electrical wholesaler or similar B2B sales environment
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Ability to drive a sales culture and margin growth mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • French speaker

WE VALUE:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a preference
