We are looking for an enthusiastic person with experience in the marine and coastal environment
to work in the Environment Group’s Flood & Coastal Risk Management team.

The postholder will be responsible for managing the activities of the Exe Estuary Partnership
and the Devon Maritime Forum and will represent the Council on other strategic coastal and
marine groups and partnerships, including the Southwest Coastal Group and the Devon &
Severn Inshore Fisheries & Conservation Authority. You will build and maintain
relationships with stakeholders, organise and lead forums and educational events, establish new
funding opportunities and provide expert advice to those with an interest in the marine and
coastal environment, including habitat regulations.
