Audio Lead
As an Audio Lead at Lionbridge Games, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of audio production for video games, focusing on dubbing and voiceover work. You will oversee casting, scheduling, and recording sessions while collaborating with internal teams, talent, and freelancers to ensure seamless project execution. Your organizational skills and expertise in audio production will help deliver high-quality content that enhances the player experience.
What You Will Do

Casting & Scheduling: Select talent from our database or organize live castings in collaboration with the audio team and artistic directors.

Recording Coordination: Create and manage recording schedules related to ongoing productions.

Artist Booking & Negotiation: Book artists, negotiate rates, and create recording contracts.

Talent & Freelancer Administration: Handle administrative tasks for talent and freelancers, including updating the talent database.

Project Setup & Support: Provide recording teams with necessary materials and creative elements during project setup.

Project Management: Ensure the smooth progression of the project from initiation to final delivery, including tracking freelancer payments and following up on deliverables.

Budget Quoting: Assist in quoting audio project budgets to align with production needs.

Administrative Support: Answer phones, assist the audio team, and provide additional administrative support as needed.
To Be Successful You Will Have

In-depth knowledge of the Paris talent and dubbing scene is a huge plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Native French speaker with strong English skills.

Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent negotiation and planning skills.

Familiarity with the hiring process for entertainment workers.

Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in video game localization is a real plus.
