Within the Group, you will join the IT department of the company Headquarters.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Workplace team and report to Innovation Product Owner.

Your job and daily missions:

  • Main purpose: The Product Owner Building Management and Services will be responsible for overseeing all service applications related to the headquarters, known as Matignon. The position holder will be in charge of coordinating and managing the service applications related to the headquarters, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of services. They will also be responsible for promoting new features, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting reporting.
  • Daily tasks:
  • Assisting the candidate in forming a precise idea of the position by presenting the main activities.
  • Management of “Matignon” applications:
  • Managing requests related to Matignon service applications
  • Defining and monitoring the product evolution roadmaps
  • Managing suppliers to ensure service quality
  • Supervising the tracking and resolution of incidents within specified deadlines
  • Regular reporting on project and service progress – Ensuring compliance with regulations for various stakeholders
  • Change management support:
  • Promoting new features to users
  • Implementing change management actions related to new features
  • Monitoring the budget allocated to service applications

Qualifications

Expertise / Required Skills:

  • Technical
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills
  • Understanding of service applications and building-related processes
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in budget management and supplier relationships
  • Advanced level of English
  • Knowledge of smart building, building technical management (GTB), and IoT
  • An interest in environmental issues related to building/IT and workplace quality of life would be a plus
  • Professional
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse multidisciplinary stakeholders (IT, facility management, HR, Communication…),both internally and externally
  • Ability to simplify and summarize technical subjects to communicate with non-IT contacts
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of effectively managing priorities
  • Soft skills, (e.g., multicultural, negotiator, federator, creative, time management, ability to transmit and communicate, management skills)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in French and English, to lead projects with multidisciplinary teams
  • Curious and self-taught: you are able to adapt and assimilate new concepts (functional or technological)

Experience required:

  • Master’s degree (Engineering School / Business School or equivalent)
  • 5 years of experience in project management or IT product management
  • Knowledge of collaborative tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Workplace / Smart Working issues
  • Curiosity about new technologies and innovation in a broad sense
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy issues
