Description

Within GO Organization, Processes and Data, Chief Data Officer for Group Operations is in charge of driving internal AXA GO Data & AI transformation.

The focus of this job position is to drive Data architecture activities across AXA GO Business Data Domains as well as delivering data architecture contributions to transformation projects involving data and AI. 

Mission: 

As a Data Architecture Lead Expert, under the leadership of the Chief Data Officer, your mission is to embodies data architecture capability ensuring that the data solution supports business requirements. You are responsible for ensuring consistency and quality of enterprise data models to make informed decisions, for supporting data solution design and delivery of GO Business Division transformation projects leveraging data and AI as business enablers with business architects and solutions architects, and for driving evolution of Data Platforms capabilities to support business roadmaps. 

1 – To ensure consistency and quality of enterprise data models to make informed decisions

  • Support design of data models and Data Products on GO Business Data Domains
  • Manage processes and standards for the management of Enterprise Data Model evolutions with stakeholders (Business & Process Architecture, IT Solution Architecture)
  • Support Enterprise Data Model’s operationalization in project lifecycle management, in BI & Analytics and Data Products model design as well as in delivering ready to use data for AI solutions 
  • Design data models for Master Data Management and self-service BI industrialization
  • Promote adoption of data & AI and communicate on successful data stories

2 – To support data solution design and delivery of GO Business Division transformation projects

  • Ensure business proximity allowing continuous understanding of required and future business needs
  • Ensure alignment between processes, data and information systems impacting data lifecycle
  • Advise project delivery teams and contribute to deliver project outcomes to bring expected business impact thanks to data and AI
  • Design data models from business glossary to physical data models
  • Ensure data solution design according to Group standards and GO Data frameworks binding principles with IT solution architects
  • Participate to projects governance

3 – To drive evolution of Data Platforms

  • Support the Chief Data Officer in establishing with IT solution architects a documented roadmap of data platforms capabilities evolution to support business strategy and objectives including description “As Is” / ”Target”, supporting budget and timeline.
  • Design and enforce data principles on Data Platforms (storage, integration, protection, etc.)
  • Support teams on Data Platforms’ usage according to Data Platforms architecture principles
  • Design data flows and data lake’s integration according to Data Platforms architecture principles
  • Participate to Data Platforms governance

Qualifications

Profile: Between 6-10years work experience required in Data & AI Architecture with proven track record

Technical & business skills:

  • Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Modelling, DataBase Design, DMBOK by DAMA, ArchiMate and TOGAF
  • Strong knowledge of IT Data & AI Architecture and IT Data & AI Capabilities,
  • Strong knowledge Master Data Management, Data Quality,
  • Strong knowledge in Data governance, data stewardship, data privacy.
  • Good knowledge of one of business data domains (Information Technology, Legal/Compliance, Procurement, Finance, HR)

Soft skills:

  • Ability to liaise with other Architecture Dimensions (IT, Business Architecture, Information Systems)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and rigor in execution
