A Day in the Life

Responsable d’effectuer et de soutenir la recherche pour les équipes opérant au sein d’un groupe de services, groupe de produits et / ou groupe projet. Aides au développement, suivi, coordination et mise en œuvre de projets non-techniques tel qu’assigné. Analyse, reporting et interne des services de communication avec les membres de l’équipe. Développe les connaissances de l’industrie et des processus organisationnels.
PARCOURS PROFESSIONNEL DE SPÉCIALISTE CHEZ MEDTRONIC : Il s’agit généralement d’un contributeur individuel ayant des responsabilités dans une discipline ou une spécialité professionnelle. Exécuter et/ou gérer les projets qui lui sont confiés et travailler avec d’autres parties prenantes pour atteindre les résultats souhaités. Agir, s’il y a lieu, à titre de mentor auprès de collègues ou diriger le travail d’autres professionnels de niveau inférieur. La majeure partie du temps est consacrée à la réalisation et à la supervision des projets – de la conception à la mise en œuvre – tout en respectant les politiques, en utilisant des connaissances et des compétences spécialisées normalement acquises dans le cadre de l’enseignement supérieur.
FACTEURS DE DIFFÉRENCIATION
Autonomie: Collaborateur individuel niveau débutant au sein d’une équipe de projet ou de travail.
Travaille sous une étroite supervision.
Impact organisationnel: Fournit un travail de portée limitée, typiquement des projets de moindre ampleur, peu complexes ou des activités connexes.

Connaissances requises et expérience: De vastes connaissances théoriques relatives au poste sont nécessaires, elles sont typiquement obtenues dans l’enseignement supérieur.
