support across the entire human capital lifecycle. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in
driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and
supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive
individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace. Our Human Resources teams support
initiatives and programmes across 7 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition Enablement,
Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People
Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement and People Operations Delivery.
Third Party Enablement provides operational support to the US & Mexico firms. The role will
interface daily with our clients, vendors and current and former staff in a professional manner that is
consistent with PwC’s brand and values.Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the
following areas:
● Understanding of the People Operations Third Party Enablement Programs and Services
as well as how TPE fits into the firm’s overall talent acquisition strategy;
● Possessing the ability to work both collaboratively and independently while leading a team
in the delivery of a Compliance centered book of business including, but not limited to:
Verification of Employment, AbilityWorks, Records Management & Adhoc
Communications, etc.;
● Influencing and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders to develop and
implement policies and protocols, controls, and continuous improvement of operational
processes;
● Utilizing knowledge of Human Resources strategy, policies, and systems to include
operating with a ‘People First’ mindset prioritizing the growth, development, well being and
diversity of thought and experiences of our people;
● Possessing knowledge of operational measurement and effectiveness while managing
those metrics;
● Developing and maintaining working relationships internally, externally across various
levels;
● Overseeing the development and application of high-quality learning opportunities for
team members;
● Driving process improvement and change management protocols;
● Coordinating operations, compliance or systems support solutions with coaches and key
stakeholders to drive development while implementing appropriate solutions in support of
Firm and/or LoS/Segment Human Capital and business requirements;
● Demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Workbench,
People Path and ServiceNow;
● Identifying and leveraging internal and external industry knowledge;
● Displaying prior experience managing projects and economics; and,
● Oral and written proficiency in English required.

  • 3/4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations/Compliance/Document Verification
  • Proficiency in English written and oral
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Excel and Alteryx
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
