Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Physiotherapy team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This role covers a range of specialisms, including orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied community-based caseload.
* Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Provide interventions to improve mobility, independence, and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
* Educate patients and carers on rehabilitation and self-management strategies.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with trust policies.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Proven experience in community physiotherapy.
* Expertise in orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.
* Strong assessment and intervention planning skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
