Descripción del Puesto:En dependencia del Digital Manager se abre una oportunidad para incorporarse al equipo de Digital de ViiV Healthcare como Digital Specialist. Buscamos personas con experiencia previa en la industria farmacéutica, gran capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y pasión tanto por el Marketing digital como por las herramientas tecnológicas e innovadoras que nos ayudan a alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.Se trata de una función cuyo principal rol es la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía across digital channels, impulsando la adopción de estrategias digitales innovadoras.Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar el desarrollo y ejecución de las acciones omnichannel a través de los canales digitales para los productos y áreas de la compañía asignados en colaboración con el Brand manager, asegurando la consecución de los objetivos y planes del año.

• Participar activamente en las decisiones estratégicas de la compañía en términos de transformación digital, contribuyendo a definir e implementar iniciativas que impulsen la innovación y el crecimiento.

• Diseño, implementación y optimización de las experiencias del Cliente (CX) con el objetivo de incrementar la calidad del Engagement y la retención, aplicando técnicas de personalización y un mix de canales adecuado a través de los funnel de conversión.

• Monitorización, reporting y análisis exhaustivos de las actividades digitales identificando Insights y oportunidades de optimización (automatización, A/B testing, etc.).

• Identificación y soporte en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades, herramientas y funcionalidades (ej.: Gen AI) que permitan alcanzar tanto los objetivos de negocio con stakeholders externos, como incrementar la productividad y optimización de procesos internos.

• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos y externos, incluyendo agencias y proveedores, para coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas digitales optimizando el ROI de la actividad digital.

• Actuar como embajador digital promoviendo la adopción de las mejores prácticas, herramientas y tecnologías digitales en toda la organización, contribuyendo a la formación y el desarrollo de capacidades en equipos multifuncionales.

¿Por qué tú?Requisitos Básicos:

• Licenciatura universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia previa en entornos digitales y/o de marketing.
• Conocimientos sobre el desarrollo de actividades digitales en sus principales canales: web, email, webinar, RRSS.
• Experiencia en el diseño de actividades Omnichannel y Customer Experience.
• Experiencia en el análisis, reporting y extracción de Insights de las actividades omnichannel.
• Inglés alto (C1)

Requisitos altamente valorables:

• Máster en Marketing digital será valorable.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis web (GA, AA) CRM (Veeva) y visualización de datos (Power BI) será valorable.
• Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto verbalmente como por escrito, y trabajar en equipo con diferentes areas y agencias.
• Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías, tendencias y mejores prácticas en marketing digital en un entorno dinámico y en evolución.
