You will lead the data product teams, drive the product data roadmap, and oversee the integration of new data sets into the platform. Your work will enable impactful data solutions that meet the needs of a diverse, data-savvy user base.Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product data roadmap, collaborating with data teams and other stakeholders to focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Drive data innovation by utilizing data capture tools, streamlining workflows, and enabling data enrichment and automation.
- Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), ensuring clear impact and benefit analysis for development teams.
- Build robust KPI tracking processes, linking every initiative back to the company’s strategic goals.
- Act as the bridge between data and product capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of new data sets into the platform.
- Line manage and mentor a small team of Product Owners, fostering their development and performance.
- Become the subject matter expert on the company’s data warehouse strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Manage dependencies across design, architecture, technology, and data while mitigating risks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in product management within data and analytics, business information services, or related industries.
- A strong track record of collaborating with data teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business priorities.
- A deep understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to lead multiple teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or SQL (a bonus).
- A collaborative and inspiring team player with a positive energy and problem-solving approach.
