Around each village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across a number of restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a production kitchen. €12.90 per hour plus tips Straight shifts Your uniform will be provided and laundered All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll first and foremost be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen – supporting the team through the cleaning of kitchen areas, all equipment and work surfaces, with a particular emphasis on the pot wash area. We have various contracts available with a variety of shift patterns including daytime, evenings or a mix of both. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you will need to be able to work some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
