Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? If you’re a proactive, motivated, and dynamic individual who loves connecting with people and helping them succeed, you might be the perfect fit for our team!Your Mission: Help us conquer the Spanish market by selling Shyfter’s amazing HR solutions and guiding our new Spanish clients to success! You’ll be our go-to person for sales and customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.TasksSales (70%):
- Prospect Like a Pro: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Spanish market.
- Pitch Perfect: Present and demo our product with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Quick Thinker: Quickly understand clients’ needs and show them how Shyfter can be their ultimate HR solution.
- Seal the Deal: Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.
But also (30%):
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional services.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and closing deals (experience in a startup is a plus!).
- Customer experience skills with a knack for guiding clients and providing support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
