Each team member contributes to Skeepers’ growth so that we can all grow together.We trust our employees – Get involved in our projects and help drive Skeepers’ innovation.As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function through the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, as well as processing payroll for Spain and for our European employees (Italy and Germany), and in back-up for France.This position handles a wide range of HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and data management. You serve as the primary point of contact for employees in Spain, providing essential support on HR-related inquiries in close collaboration with the HR team in France.Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely with our external agency
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and handle employee inquiries related to benefits
  • Guarantor of HR Ops processes in Spain
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible for being employee point of contact for all HR administrative related issues
  • Ensure personnel files maintenance and compliance
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems, including data entry, system updates, and report generation
  • Work with HR and finance teams to ensure that payroll information is accurate and up to date in HRIS systems
  • Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount reports, turnover reports, diversity reports…
  • Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed aimed at enhancing the employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations, recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency.
  • Support in the animation of the Madrid’s office and the internal communication in coordination with the people experience team

RequirementsYou will be the ideal profile, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 2-4 years of Human Resource operations experience or related field (included payroll)
  • Knowledge of Spain Labor Law, collective agreements and Human Resource practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish, English and ideally in French.
  • Interpersonal skills
