As the Senior Manager, you will act as a deputy to the Head of the technology hub, taking ownership of its day-to-day operations and strategic growth. You’ll oversee the selection and integration of innovative start-ups, spearhead client engagement activities, and identify advanced legaltech solutions to enhance the firm’s offerings. This role offers a rare opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and industry leaders, making a tangible impact both within the firm and across the market.Key Responsibilities * Shape and evolve the hub’s strategy, aligning it with the firm’s AI and technology objectives.

• Oversee the application, selection, and engagement processes for tech start-up cohorts.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, hosting workshops, demos, and thought leadership events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pilot and implement innovative technologies, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Represent the innovation hub at industry conferences, events, and forums to enhance the firm’s market presence.
• Organise impactful events such as demo days and client engagement activities to showcase cutting-edge solutions.
