If you’re looking for a role that offers you the opportunity to work in a collaborative team, and alongside knowledgeable and supportive Financial Controller, then this could be the role for you!As the Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and the wider management accounting team, to produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts. You will support junior members of the team when necessary, be heavily involved in the annual audit process and will also partner with other areas of the business as and when required.There is a clear progression path for those who are looking to develop and the business is renowned for investing time into their employees, to work towards their personal career goals.What will you be doing?

  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • Analysis.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of the fixed asset register.
  • Balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Monthly overheard reviews.
  • Liaise with budget holders and senior stakeholders.
  • Assist the FC as required.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Display a positive can-do attitude to all aspects of the role and possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • An eye for detail is vital in this department so caring about the quality of work produced is vital to the growth of the business.
  • CIMA or ACCA Part-Qualified
  • Strong background in management accounting.
