It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on a global level.TasksThe EERS Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the quality assurance (QA) of entitlement data in our partner’s proprietary system (EERS). This position requires both technical and business analyst skills.

  • The EERS Quality Assurance Analyst provides reviews of EERS feeds and assistance to all application teams, feed providers, business information security officers, and anyone else who may require help to feed data entitlements into EERS.
  • The responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and remediation of any issues found in the EERS feed.
  • The individual will be required to attend conference calls that involve technical questions for our partner’s enterprise platforms, applications, and systems including, but not limited to Mainframe, Active Directory, and UNIX.
  • Additional duties may include project management, business process improvement, and overall people leadership.
  • Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Understand and implement the documented EERS Integration QA process
  • Lead meetings with this global community

Assist application teams in creating high-quality entitlement feeds into EERSCommunicate QA requirementsProvide continuous improvement suggestions around the QA processTrack the application team’s progress in remediating the feeds and use the escalation process

  • Analyze and provide feedback to the teams on feed quality analysis
  • Track progress in tools, including MS Excel
  • Produce periodic metrics and reporting of progress, issues, and possible risks
  • Analyze current entitlement feeds to EERS, noting areas of concern
  • Assist other IAM/EERS team members as needed
  • Complete additionally any other tasks in connection with the role but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.

  • Basic MS Access
  • Understanding of data transmission protocols
  • Citi Policy and Standards as it applies to user entitlement reviews
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse, international user base
  • Experience working with internal business partners
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • A college or university degree is preferable
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
