- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and data requirements, and facilitate communication.
- Work closely with development and design teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Actively engage and challenge stakeholders on their data requirements, encouraging innovative thinking and exploring new approaches beyond traditional methods to unlock greater insights and value.
- Guarantee that the final deliverables meet the business objectives and adhere to the agreed-upon requirements.
- Manage change requests, evaluating their impact on project timelines and coordinating effectively across different teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, standards and best practices from Data Management Centre of Excellence.
- Facilitate discussion and alignment around KPIs and definitions for the enterprise data catalog & ensures the right documentation.
Who we are looking for:
- Languages: Fluent in English and Danish.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders, build consensus, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience translating business needs into technical specifications, managing complex data projects from concept to delivery, and evaluating the impact of change requests on project timelines and resources.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with domains such as Supply Chain or Finance (or others) to provide contextual analysis.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the broader strategic picture, anticipate needs, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Work Style: Proactive, self-driven and organized, with experience in international and multicultural settings.
- Soft Skills: Creative problem solver, skilled negotiator, and forward-thinking professional.
- Education: MSc in IT, Communication, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with BI development processes and/or Data Management processes.
- Basic SQL skills and/or basic PowerBI understanding.
- Used to working in Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience in working with Scrum/Kanban teams.
