This is a senior individual contributor role with no team, who will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by integrating leadership principles across all People & Organization (P&O) processes and programs. This individual will work closely with markets to build a strategy and centralize the design of leadership development programs, ensuring effective regional and market implementation. The role requires collaboration with senior management, P&O teams, and various departments to identify leadership needs, design development initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous learning and growth.Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Leadership Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global leadership development strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify current and future leadership needs through collaboration with senior leaders and HR teams.
- Embed leadership principles into all P&O processes and programs, ensuring they are reflected in recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Program Design and Implementation:
- Design and oversee leadership development programs, including training modules, workshops, mentorship, and coaching initiatives.
- Centralize the design of leadership development programs, creating frameworks that can be adapted and implemented across regions and markets.
- Ensure programs are culturally relevant and adapted to regional needs across the global organization.
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs
Talent Management:
- Collaborate with the Talent Management to identify high-potential employee segments and create development initiatives addressing their development needs and ensuring a pipeline of ready-now leaders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including training vendors and consultants.
- Collaborate with regional and market leaders to ensure the effective implementation of centralized leadership programs.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for global leadership development programs.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving high-impact results.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree desired in Business Admin, Human Resources or any relevant field
- Multiple years of work experience in global People & Organization/Leadership Development functions with demonstrated measurable results in a large-scale multinational corporation
- Able to work both strategically and operationally: pivot and adjust Leadership Development plans and initiatives across multiple markets to respond to changing business needs
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically to achieve business goals.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working with external vendors to design and deliver impactful talent development solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and communication skills with the ability to navigate complexity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives.
- Able to lead/influence and engage teams successfully to deliver large scale projects
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs in a complex, multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of the pharma/generics industry is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Global mindset with experience working across different cultures and regions
