The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:As VIE Credit Controller you will cover several areas of responsibility.Main Responsibilities:As VIE Credit Controller you will maintain strong customer relationships by tracking and monitoring actively outstanding invoices / credit notes. You will analyze deductions, inquiries, resolve issues, build strong relations, and optimize the communication with the customers.In interaction with Customer service department, you will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, investigating issues in billing process with IT or disputes with customers. Relying on your ability to anticipate challenges and communicate effectively across teams, differences between Accounting and Controlling model will be reduced.In this role, you will actively support Credit Analyst, analyzing disputes with the customers, improving the process, maintaining detailed reports, and resolving any concerns. With a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Your problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach will be key to driving success. You will be the main point of contact for Price and discounts insertion in SAP, ensuring timely and maintaining data accuracy between SAP and BPC, reducing price differences and legal disputes with customers.You will also dynamically participate in the Cash Flow budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with the local departments. Further, you will support the Financial Reporting, Controlling Manager and local team on expected payment flows and routine analyses on financial statements You will be responsible of monitor and report any significant delays that might impact monthly closure.Who we are looking for:We are looking for a candidate with a master’s degree in finance / accounting / Controlling with a first experience (internship, apprenticeship) in accounting department. Knowledge of credit, invoicing, cash flow forecasting and database management is appreciated. A previous experience in the FMCG or distribution sector is considered a plus. The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills as well as a results-oriented mindset with a good balance between pragmatism and attention to detail.To ensure efficient collaboration with key stakeholder good communication skills are key.Advanced Excel skills are essential and SAP basis, as well as proficiency in English and French.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
