responsibilitiesAs part of the Talent Acquisition team, which comprises around ten enthusiastic colleagues, you will play a central and supportive role, taking on a wide range of administrative tasks relating to our recruitment activities and the onboarding of new colleagues.
- You will publish vacancies on various channels (e.g. intranet, Fluxys.com, external job boards, social media)
- You will help organise job days held by schools/universities, for example (e.g. managing registrations, handling logistics, providing goodies)
- You will draw up employment contracts and ensure that they are signed by all parties involved by the agreed deadlines
- You will coordinate the onboarding of our new employees and serve as the first point of contact for any practical/logistical questions they or the relevant managers may have in the weeks leading up to their start date
- You will coordinate applications for summer jobs and student internships and act as the first point of contact for students, managers and external service providers
- You will place orders (e.g. consultancy services, equipment) via our accounting system and process incoming invoices
- You will make sure that our processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding) are properly documented and up to date and that your colleagues can easily access this information
- You will maintain a critical attitude when it comes to our working methods and suggest areas for improvement and ways to boost the efficiency of our work and enhance our digital tools
- You will ensure that the processes involved in our department’s activities are accurately documented (drawing up and updating procedures, templates, etc.) and critically examine any opportunities for optimisation
- You will work on a range of projects linked to our talent management activities
- In connection with your role, you will interact closely with your HR colleagues and various other internal departments such as IT, Housing and Communication, as well as managers

- A Bachelor’s degree in office management, HR, law or social sciences
- Around five years’ professional experience, ideally in an HR environment
- Strong administrative skills, especially with regard to planning and monitoring, attention to detail, and a meticulous and well-organised approach
- Real team spirit and sound interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- A flexible attitude and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent digital proficiency, including with the Office suite, as well as a willingness to learn how to work with new digital tools
- Fluent French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language
