Ireland based only.The Agile Delivery TeamThe Agile Delivery Team is responsible for of delivering large-scale software projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple teams.If you have a genuine passion for agile software delivery, you are the person we are looking for.What you will be doing:

• Acts as the driver between the initial concept or requirement and the final, functional product or service.
• Lead agile teams through a collaborative and iterative journey to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive business value on a committed timeline.
• Facilitate short, iterative development cycles, ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
• Navigate unexpected challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams outside of their own development teams (design, compliance, marketing etc) to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process
• Coach teams in agile practices, processes and tools.
• Keep abreast of modern agile approaches and craft workshops/kaizens using these insights.
• Use agile metrics to measure success and to assist with the reporting of progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to analyse the health of the product backlog and ensure it is detailed, emergent, estimated and prioritised.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of their assigned projects or product features. They monitor progress, coordinate the identification and mitigation of risks, and ensure teams meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Engage multiple roles and stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where raising problems and issues are encouraged.
• Support agile teams with release co-ordination.

Who we are looking for:

• Extensive Agile Lead or similar experience in a Software development environment
• Leadership and Collaboration: Delivery Leads inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management skills to keep projects on track.
• Solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge and experience in a variety of Agile approaches such as Lean, Kanban and Scrum
• Must have experience using Jira and Confluence.
• A passion for Agile software delivery.
• Online betting industry knowledge desirable.
