Product Manager role purpose is to maximise pediatric vaccines portfolio turnover via wise resources management, looking for innovative approaches and solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Development & implementation of brand strategy to achieve planed targets and P&L assumptions, foreseeing external & internal dynamics.1. Growth/owner mindset – proactively identifies growth opportunities/risks & acts on them:maps key market, pharma & company trends to help identify relevant brand growth strategy,efficient in analysing data (sales, market research, digital, SF insights, competition) to identify actionable insights for growth,champions patient/HCP understanding, actively looks for insights (min. quarterly presence in the field)proactively maps risks & takes course correcting actions once needed,2. Project management – manages brand operational plans ensuring high quality & on time execution.Leads cross functional project team – planning key milestones, clear responsibility split, ensures disciplined execution, keeping project team members motivated & accountable for results.3. Experience in integrated omnichannel communication planning, creatives development & campaigns implementation (HCPs communication as mandatory & consumer as strong advantage – FMCG/pharma brand/product manager experience. Experience in Vaccines as advantage):digital savvy – experienced in preparation, execution & optimisation of digital campaigns (search, programmatic, social, influencer/ awareness & engagement campaigns), LP development & traffic optimisation. Effectively crafting digital journey across mkt funnel.Creative & PR agency briefing & effective collaboration,Media House collaboration, media plans creation & optimisation.supports field force reps in marketing strategy implementation on regional level (briefs, workshops preparations),plans & executes participation of GSK in conferences, webinars in cooperation with other departments.4. Effective communication/presentation skills & stakeholders management:Prepares quality presentation on product performance & annual brand plans for local/global stakeholders,Cross-functional cooperation (medical, sales, public market manager, MA, regulatory) for effective brand strategy/campaign implementation,Effective interactions with relevant external (KOLs, patient organizations) & internal stakeholders (local & global level).5. First experience in direct reports management – developing mkt competences & oversight of direct reports projects.6.
