Production/Validation Engineer – Entry to IVD

Do you live in the West Flanders region of Belgium and have experience within the production/QA/Validation industry? My Japanese biotech client located near Ghent are a multi-national powerhouse in the IVD industry. This client of mine have an amazing opportunity to join their team and what makes this opportunity so good is it allows you to join the industry of Diagnostics/Medical Devices without needing experience in it which is a very rare occasion in today’s current work climate.

My client’s entity in Belgium is also much smaller in comparison to other companies so it allows you to get that more personal work environment with far less lines of communication but still getting the career progression opportunities and financial backing of much bigger companies. This is a rare opportunity indeed and not one that often presents itself so reach out to me ASAP if it seems like an interesting idea to you.

Responsibilities/Function:

* Set up project planning and actively coordinate and execute the project progress report
* Carry out the cycle for process development starting with study report and followed by the process validation function
* Train operators and users in the use of new equipment as well as the execution of new processes

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Experience in a production/manufacturing/QA or Validation function (Approx 1 year)
* MSc required in Life Sciences E.g Biomedical Engineering
* Have a fluency in English and Dutch
