The Role

As an ’Payroll Specialist’ you will have the possibility to support our teams in the CEE region with their payroll related issues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for the Employees of the CEE Region in terms of payroll related queries
  • Support the end-to-end payroll process management of the CEE countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland).
  • Interface between HR admin and external payroll service providers
  • Admission / creation of new joiners in local systems.
  • Deactivation / final settlement of leavers in local systems.
  • Holiday data and timesheet administration /management.
  • Controlling and recording absence in local systems records.
  • Payroll related documentation (sick leave papers, travel expense reimbursement docs, various type of declarations, certificates) management
  • Travel Cost Reimbursement Request Management during the month
  • Handling the incoming payroll related queries in the respective ticketing system

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a part-time possibility, and is able to hold deadlines and has a particular interest in supporting employees with their day-to-day issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources

Experience:

  • Solid experience in Payroll is a nice to have, also Experience in international company and/or shared services HR function.

Competencies/ Other skills:

  • Social insurance and tax law, basic knowledge of all three tax systems (CEE).
  • Used to work with deadlines (Payroll Closure).
  • High motivation to work accurately and flawless.
  • High service mentality.
  • Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
  • Detail oriented: attention to the details and understand causes instead of just the effects.
  • Process driven mindset: believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
