Working Model: HybridWe are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our technology team in Northampton. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business teams to define and identify key use-cases for our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data hub, focusing on leveraging GenAI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions while utilizing the latest in AI innovation.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and requirements for the ESG data hub.
• Change Management: Lead and manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior management, project teams, and external partners to ensure that project progress is clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.
• Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI or data analytics projects.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into practical, data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application to business processes.

Desirable Skills:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy) for data analysis.
• ESG Knowledge: Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards.
• GenAI Expertise: Familiarity with General Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technologies and applications.
