Are you passionate about farming and the Agri world, with a natural talent for building relationships and leading teams?Our client, a successful and well-established Agri business, is looking for an Agri Manager to oversee their Mallow branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong farming knowledge to make an impact in a key role.The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Agri site, which includes retail, grain, feed, and fertiliser. We are looking for someone with supervisory or leadership experience in any people-driven or service-oriented industry, though farming expertise is essential. Strong numerical skills are also important for managing customer accounts. If you’re a results-driven leader with a passion for agriculture, this role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference in the Agri community. Please note that Saturday morning hours are required for this role.Responsibilities of Agri Site Manager will include:

• Oversee all operations on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient running of daily activities.
• Provide exceptional service to an established and loyal customer base.
• Drive sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met across the site.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring continuous training and development opportunities.
• Ensure all site standards are aligned with company guidelines and policies.
• Maintain and improve health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Skills and qualities required for this Agri Site Manager job:

• 2 years people supervisor experience; advisory or sales in the agribusiness
• High level knowledge of the Agribusiness essential
• Knowledge of grain operations including intake, treatment and drying.
• Commercially aware.
• Strong people relationship experience
