In this position you will ensure structure, stability and quality in our training administration processes. As the Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring structure, stability, and quality in training administration processes
- Providing professional support and serving as the local expert in ‘Simple training administration tools’
- Contributing to optimization projects for training set-up across the area
- Editing training content and ensuring necessary and sufficient quality
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization and standardization in training set-up
Additionally, you will collaborate with Managers, Process Responsible, Training project managers, and Training Supporters in the area to implement changes to the training system in accordance with corporate requirements.Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You may have an education in a relevant field such as training development, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have preferable experience in GMP and the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have a natural interest and flair for IT systems.
- You are fluent in both oral and written Danish and English.
In addition, you should have a natural interest and experience in training administration and take pride in providing high-quality service to stakeholders on a daily basis. You should be innovative, systematic, data-driven, and work efficiently. Possessing excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner is essential. You should enjoy being an active member of a team and engaging with colleagues. A pragmatic and curious approach, with the ability to make independent decisions, is also important.About the department
You will be joining the newly established DCM Training & Onboarding team, which is responsible for supporting the entire area in developing and implementing effective training in collaboration with various stakeholders. Device Component Manufacturing (DCM) is a unit within Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division that leads in component manufacturing for tomorrow’s devices, helping millions of people around the world live with chronic diseases. We are a team of approximately 600 employees dedicated to partnering with our colleagues within Novo Nordisk and setting the standards for today’s and tomorrow’s device component production.
