Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d’autres activités peuvent être assignées

· Planification des missions de support clinique, technique et de la formation en conformité avec le plan stratégique de l’année, en parfaite synergie avec le Directeur des Ventes 

· Apporter une assistance clinique et technique à l’équipe médicale (médecins/infirmiers/techniciens) et aux clients de l’équipe lors des procédures d’implantation et lors du suivi des stimulateurs, défibrillateurs et moniteurs cardiaques implantables

· Sur demande, résoudre les problèmes techniques signalés sur le terrain par les commerciaux ou par les clients

· Présenter et expliquer le fonctionnement de nos produits devant les équipes médicales (Médecins, infirmiers, Techniciens) 

· Etablir une relation solide et durable avec l’ensemble des équipes médicales des centres

· Rendre compte, immédiatement et avec pertinence, de tout événement défavorable concernant la clientèle ou les produits (en particulier en cas de risques présentés par un produit) et de toute nouvelle stratégie concurrentielle, pouvant impacter le business CAS

· Reporter de façon hebdomadaire son activité à sa hiérarchie, et planifier ensemble les tâches et objectifs des semaines à venir

· Planifier les programmes de support d’études cliniques et de formation selon les priorités en conformité avec le plan stratégique de l’année, en collaboration avec les équipes internes impliquées

· Participer au lancement sur le marché de nouveaux produits et moyens thérapeutiques en particulier de la plateforme de cartographie/ablation

Connaissances et expériences requises

· Formation supérieure et/ou expérience appropriée dans le domaine médical (dispositifs médicaux, appareillage, instrumentation), santé et/ou en environnement hospitalier

· Une expérience dans l’utilisation des systèmes de cartographie cardiaque en rythmologie est souhaitée.

· Aptitude à mener des projets et à assumer des tâches de manière autonome, tout en étant intégré(e) à une équipe

· Aptitude et efficacité démontrées au sein d’une structure matricielle, au contact d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. Vous aimez le travail en équipe.

· Maitrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office …)

· Poste itinérant, permis de conduire obligatoire.

· Le lancement de la technologie Affera nécessite des déplacements occasionnels sur tout le territoire national.

· Anglais courant
