And do them brilliantly.Job DescriptionAs a Partnerships Manager, reporting into the International Strategic Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for owning some of our largest international partnerships across the full partner lifecycle. In this role you will identify, evaluate, sign, develop and manage strategic partnerships to help drive business growth.You will collaborate directly with key partners to build and execute jointly created business plans which drive mutual growth and success.This role will work closely with internal commercial, strategy, product, legal and finance teams at both local market and international level to drive successful execution of joint business plans across the InPost Group. The partnerships manager role is crucial to conquering the eco-system in which InPost operates with plenty of different kinds of partnerships that can further accelerate InPost’s growth plans internationally.What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with InPost’s business goals and values.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partnerships and expand the company’s partner ecosystem.
  • Proactively engage partners regularly to maintain stable communication and strong relationships – we want InPost to be at the forefront of our current and prospective partners’ minds.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners who work with InPost across multiple products and markets, addressing inquiries, providing support and ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business challenges faced by your partners and identify how InPost can partner to help solve them.
  • Collaborate with legal and other relevant teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and work towards mutual success.
  • Define KPIs for partnerships and regularly track and report on performance.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to optimize partnerships and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and partners.
  • Organise and lead regular meetings, check-ins and joint initiatives to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

QualificationsWhat we need from you:

  • Building relationships and positive rapport is at the heart everything you do.
  • Data and detail oriented, able to use insight to surface new opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Team player – you’re a people person and love working collaboratively with a tireless positive attitude, resilient with an appetite for change.
  • Outstanding influencing skills with a commercial mindset; ability to turn problems into solutions.
  • Proven experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or a related role with consistent track record of driving commercial growth.
  • We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if: you have experience in SaaS, B2B or another technology industry
