If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:FEM Analyst Engineer – Cost Out InitiativesJob location: Florence or Turin areaRole Overview:The Analyst will join our engineering programs to support our Customers’ designers in the development of Cost Out initiatived, relating the design optimization of Aero Engines / Gearbox components.Work ExperienceSpecialized Knowledge & Skills:Master Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering;At least 1 year FEA related experience in the industry;Ability to generate FEM/analytical models of mechanical parts, modules, and assemblies;Experienced in Static, Dynamic, Structural and Thermal analysis;Experienced in at least 1 FEM tools such as ANSYS, Hypermesh, Patran/Nastran (knowledge of ANSYS will be advantageous);Able to develop macros and codes in order to perform pre-processing and post-processing activities;Proven experience in 3D CAD tools (e.g. Siemens NX, Catia, etc.) will be advantageousLearn, understand, and apply our Customer’s standard procedures;A Turbomachinery background will be advantageous but not mandatoryGood command of English language (i. e. B2);Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliabilityExcellent documentation and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent team-work attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeamworkAvailability for business travels (short & long term travels)Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines
