Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.About the job and your teamThe role is responsible for the authorization support of SAP business application.You will work onThe major purpose of the role is to serve locations running S/4 and other SAP versions as their ERP platform by:

• Assisting business and technical teams in developing concepts of Segregation of Duties and Critical Access
• Design, implementation and administration of controls in GRC,
• Regular maintenance and design of IT controls in GRC Process Control
• Support other departments in topics related to IT audits
• Align with all relevant project stakeholders (application responsible, clients)
• Participate in GRC related enhancement projects
• Support business/project in different time zone and flexible working different shifts as per support requirement
• Actively search and analyze information regarding authorizations (Internet forum, SAP Notes), IT controls
• Reflect changes in processes and documentation; adjustments in accordance to organizational changes (up-date documents, role changes, user changes, information)
• Support for Internal Audit and IT Compliance functions on SAP security subjects
• Participating SAP authorization developments in accordance with user roles and segregation of duties responsibilities.
• Keeping the GRC Process up-to-date in relation to the controls (Single point of contact for GRC process control)
• Supervision of SoD elimination projects and their management
• Conducting user access reviews (GRC-based)

Your qualifications and skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role, where you were responsible for IT controls and admin of SAP Authorizations (e.g.: SAP user administrator, SAP security consultant within ECC6 / S4 HANA), GRC (Focus on Process Control), SoD management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experienced with SAP security, segregation of duties SOD tools (like SAP GRC), authorization management and user administration
• Strong understanding of SAP environment security concept, IT controls and SAP technical architecture & system design
• Ability to perform SAP Authorization, profile development, updates in GRC Process Control able to support and manage SAP authorizations, SoD rule set creation and maintain/design IT Controls.
• Understanding of technical environment of the business application(s) concerned
• Fluency in English (verbal and written), German language knowledge is nice to have
• Knowledge of basic project management procedures within IT
• Knowledge of basic change management procedures within IT
• Ability to communicate with business areas to ensure business needs are being addressed effectively
