Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues, and have the ability to co-build a future proof HR function in innovative ways.You will help our team and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management is an asset;
- 3 to 5 years work experience in HR. Experience in a consulting company is a plus;
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
- You are interested in HR data and you approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
- Commercial ‘flair’ and are client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;
- Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery;
- Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience;
- You are digitally minded;
- Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector organizations;
- Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in Dutch or French and proficient in English.
