Based at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of our Global Supply Value Stream (SVS) Project Management team, which is a part of Standardization Digitalization & Project Management organization.
Your manager will be based in Hungary. We are an international team of approx. 35 project managers located in different regions reporting to managers either locally or overseas. And 15 of your colleagues, with 8 different nationalities, are based at our HQ in Denmark.“Each is assigned to their own projects, but at the same time, we make sure to share our knowledge and ideas – and a few jokes. Conversation flows – whether it’s over Teams or in person,” says Lidet.Maintain and optimize our legacy products
When you join us, we will provide you a buddy that will guide you in understanding Coloplast and its products, the project types and the stakeholder landscape.
You will run what we call “business protect projects” within our supply value stream. This entails preventing supplier disruption and finding alternatives so our products can continue to go to market without delay. Also, you will make sure we stay compliant with internal quality standards and legal requirements for medical devices worldwide.Specifically, your tasks will be to:
- Lead medium to large cross-functional project teams
- Qualify and run projects that have inter-dependencies, ambiguity, unpredictability, and high risk and/ or impact
- Develop and communicate a clear project vision aligned with organizational goals
- Motivate teams, stakeholders, and executives toward successful project outcomes
- Manage projects modifying existing processes and products involving product owners, quality, regulatory and supply chain specialists, production site colleagues, etc
As the projects are global in nature, you should anticipate approximately 20 travel days per year, mostly to our biggest volume production facilities in Hungary.Project management experience from a regulated industry
You go into projects with an open mind and the agility and ability to make decisions – also when things move fast. Here, you also use your strong communication skills to set a clear direction for the projects.
Throughout the projects, you maintain an end-to-end focus, considering both impact and risk in the full process of each product. Ideally, you also share our belief that the road to outstanding results is much shorter when you have fun on the way.Finaly, we imagine that you:
- Hold a bachelor/master’s degree in science, business or similar
- Have solid project management experience from the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry
- Have demonstrated building followship through clear goals, roles & responsibilities, project planning and excellent communication
- Can develop and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across functions
- Speak and write English effortlessly
