Within the Group General Secretary, the ESG Reporting Manager is responsible for ESG reporting (Environment, Social and Governance) at Group level and ensuring compliance with legal obligations and international standards on non-financial reporting.The candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and will report directly to the Group ESG Lead.Vos missionsDuties and responsibilities
- Regulatory and sector watch, anticipation of ESG developments (ESRD, AMF, AFEP-MEDEF, etc.) linked to Group’s activities, and analysis of market best practices (in liaison with Group Compliance)
- Structure, coordinate and consolidate ESG reporting, so that it enables regular monitoring of the Group’s ESG policy and objectives, and is aligned with French and European regulatory standards (CSRD, ISSB,) and international frameworks (ODD, TCFD/CDP, SASB, GRI)
- Management of the non-financial reporting tool
- Coordination of the network of ESG correspondents (within Group functions and entities)
- Coordination of verification work carried out by the independent third-party organization (OTI)
- Answering to Operational Departments’ consultations on sustainability standards
- Optimization of extra-financial perception and answering to non-financial rating agencies (such as S&P CSA, Sustainalytics, Ecovadis, ISS ESG, etc.)
- Carrying out benchmarks and studies according to the needs expressed
- ESG storytelling and building/reinforcing extra-financial communication media
Vos compétencesKey competencies and skillsith a minimum of a five-year higher education degree, ideally with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Sustainability or equivalent.The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience working in sustainability within a Group, ESG, or consultant; proven leadership & project management skills; experience in international groups.
- Strong interest in performance management, analysis, and non-financial reporting
- Good knowledge of processes and information systems, internal control, or audit processes
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools
- Excel expert
- English and French fluent (written and spoken)
