Do you have a strong background in CRM, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365? If so, we have a great opportunity for you in our Private Client Lending Technology team working on strategic projects.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your expertise will drive process improvements and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our mortgage products. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria that align with our business objectives.What you will be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for mortgage products.
• Create clear and actionable user stories that capture stakeholder needs.
• Define acceptance criteria to establish conditions for success.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Assist in testing and validation of new requirements and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, mortgage products, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also being an effective team player. Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment are essential. Strong interpersonal skills will help you build relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration.Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, facilitation of workshops, and documentation of user stories.
• Expertise in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable attributes:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Mortgages or Lending is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Technical knowledge of systems analysis.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
