Bring your great problem-solving skills – and a little bit of your creativity – to our vacant European Supply Chain Specialist position.Join our talented Supply Chain Team in turning the business vision into business reality, and act as an ambassador for our internal partners in both Sales and Marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of monitoring and balancing the supply & demand scale across your allocated European regions, while also participating vital and exciting projects to facilitate efficient business operations across product categories.You will:Daily allocations for responsible category in Europe – monitor suppliers incomings changes vs original planWeekly incomings monitoring & requirements for current and future monthsRegular monitoring of forecast achievements, suggesting changes/revisions when suitable, to trigger a correct weekly purchasing planning/deliveryInventory Freshness Control (IFC), monitoring stock aging, identifying possible critical models to alert Marketing & SalesPlanning of inventory kit reworkingRequesting stock transfers in accordance with internal consumptionContribution and management of stock related KPIsEmployee sales management to properly liquidate old stock and demo/loan control of each categoryYou will bring:Fluent English, both written and spoken (other EU languages can be an advantage)Well-versed in the usage of MS Office tools, especially ExcelInterested in the supply chain planning process (or already have some experience)An analytical and creative approach to problem solvingNot afraid of large data sets and can sift through them with easeExcited at the prospect of working with various teams to achieve the best resultsLooking to join a vibrant team in a truly international companyYour new officeBased at the Budapest office, you will enjoy a modern, vibrant and diverse working environment with lots of social and charity events to be part of and enjoy a sense of belonging.
