• Support the development and execution of the country-level fuel product strategies, by developing and maintaining frameworks, supervising progress
• Participate of fuel quality and portfolio related process development, make proposals, deliver process descriptions
• Enhance customer focus within the team. Develop customer segmentation/ behavior practices across MOL Group.
• Develop reporting system for Group Fuels, manage data quality and maintenance, execute complex market intelligence and analytic tasks
• Develop regional market intelligence activities, create and maintain Group knowledge sharing platform, align Group and Local Business Units.
• Coordinate projects in field of fuel strategy / business analytics / quality and portfolio management to increase profitability along the fuel supply chain.
• Support fuel value selling and product marketing actions of Group and Local Sales Units.
• Initiate knowledge sharing within Group Fuels and support competency development

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Economics/Business/Chemist or other relevant education
• Fluent in Englishboth verbal and written
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management and advanced analytical mindset
