Sprint365

Job title:

Partner Engagement Manager

Company:

Sprint365

Job description

Join our collaborative, non-hierarchical Product & Methodology team and become the ambassador for our methodology that we are promoting to our implementation partners within TOP tier consulting groups. Are you ready to lead the charge in building meaningful, high-impact partnerships? Passionate about transforming the ERP industry while driving innovation and collaboration? At Sprint365, we’re seeking a bold and strategic leader to oversee our growing ecosystem of partnerships as our Partner Engagement Manager.Who is Sprint365?We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. We are the comet in an industry full of dinosaurs, if we do say so ourselves.Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects building everything from scratch, our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go. Using our methodology, we sprint through the implementation of Dynamics 365 at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties, but with less billable hours. Win-win!But ERP… what is it?You sell something to a customer. To deliver what you sold, you need to purchase some materials, add some working hours and arrange for packing and posting before you can send out an invoice. That invoice, along with the cost of materials and hours you used needs to go into the financial reports to find out if you are making any money from selling your product. Now imagine you are selling 1.000 different products per day from various channels. You probably need a system for handling that. An Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) is the integrated financial system that connects a company’s key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set with multiple modules: At Sprint365 we sell the whole set, and we’ve even built over half of the modules in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you’re all set!Your roleSprint365 recently launched a partner strategy, invited other ERP implementation partners in on our methodology, and is now experiencing growth within this area. To succeed with this, we believe we need to keep developing our methodology and constantly deliver new innovative products that can differentiate what we deliver from the rest of the ERP industry. As Partner Engagement Manager, you will own the success of Sprint365’s partner relationships, from onboarding to long-term satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our partner network and ensuring each partnership thrives. Reporting directly to the executive team, you’ll align our partner strategy with broader company goals and create win-win collaborations.Your core responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key partners, acting as their primary advocate within Sprint365.
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve our partner ecosystem in alignment with Sprint365’s vision and goals.
  • Partner Onboarding: Streamline onboarding processes to ensure partners are equipped and ready to succeed.
  • Partner Satisfaction: Monitor, analyze, and enhance partner satisfaction metrics, addressing issues proactively and ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies, introduce innovative tools, and strengthen partner capabilities.

You won’t be handling everything alone—you’ll join a dedicated team of business developers, product specialists, product assistants and IT developers who collaborate seamlessly in a SCRUM framework. This means you’ll have the chance to take on responsibilities and tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.Who you (might) beWe’re not about ticking every box, but you might be a great fit if you can relate to some of these qualities:

  • Experience: 3+ years in customer or partner management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic leadership roles, ideally within the tech or ERP sector.
  • Visionary Leader: Proven ability to develop and execute customer or partner strategies that drive growth and satisfaction.

  • Innovative Thinker: A curiosity for technology and process improvements, with a willingness to challenge industry norms.

  • You are systematic and ambitious to deliver a high-quality result on time
  • You are bold, innovative, and ask questions to your colleagues when in doubt
  • You are open to learning and developing
