This role will lead transformation projects, implement process improvements, and oversee the integration of technology and best practices within the HR function. The role also serves as a change leader, supporting stakeholders through transitions and ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and workflows. Finally, this role combines HR transformation and process optimization with a robust focus on talent management, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while achieving operational excellence.1. Change Strategy roll out
- Create detailed project plans that align change management activities with HR project timelines.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work closely with CHRO and business leaders to understand the business needs, purpose, benefits, and impact of changes in order to develop a robust communication plan and materials.
- Implement communication plans to inform, engage, and update employees and stakeholders at various stages of the change process.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions to build change readiness among employees and leaders.
3. Employee Adoption & Support
- Design programs and activities to encourage adoption of new structure, policies, systems, and processes.
- Create tools, resources, and documentation to support employee understanding and ease the transition to new practices.
- Address and manage employee resistance to changes, providing coaching and support as needed to promote a positive adoption experience.
4. Change Leadership & Coaching
- Act as a change champion within the organization, promoting a positive and resilient approach to transformation.
- Build a change management cohort, identify change ambassadors and provide them with the direction and support
- Coach HR team members, business leaders, and team managers on change management best practices and principles.
5. Continuous Improvement & Feedback
- Collect and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in change processes.
- Develop metrics to measure the success and impact of change initiatives, including adoption rates, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
- Make recommendations for future HR initiatives based on lessons learnt and post-implementation reviews.
6. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs resulting from transformation related changes.
- Develop and deliver trainings to managers related to change management and team management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver targeted training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback to maximize learning and adoption.
7. Talent Management
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Lead efforts to identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of leadership and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
8. HR Technology Integration
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement or optimize HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, talent management platforms).
- Oversee the rollout of new systems, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and training.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
9. Metrics and Reporting
- Develop KPIs to measure the success and impact of HR transformation initiatives.
- Generate regular reports to track progress, highlight challenges, and showcase achievements.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Key Deliverables:
- A comprehensive HR transformation and talent management roadmap with milestones and timelines.
- Documented, standardized HR and talent management processes with clear workflows and ownership.
- Successful implementation of new HR tools and systems, including talent management platforms.
- Enhanced employee experience through improved HR service delivery and talent initiatives.
- Data-driven reports showcasing measurable improvements in HR efficiency, talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, including 3+ years in transformation or process optimization.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale HR projects, process improvement, and talent management programs.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to drive decisions.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence change in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
