Become part of our Headquarters (HQ) team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the R&D organization, where you’ll drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives.This is an opportunity to work with senior leaders in our R&D organization, supporting strategies and handling essential HR functions. As part of our HQ team, you will report directly to the HQ Head of HR and work alongside a skilled group of HR professionals and global colleagues to advance the business and HR agenda.What you will doAs an HRBP for the R&D organization, you will:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with senior R&D leadership to align HR strategies with the organization’s evolving goals, offering guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and cultural transformation.
- Operational Excellence: Balance strategic responsibilities with the execution of routine HR administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless connection between the big picture and everyday details.
- Change Agent: Support the organization through its transformation, encouraging initiatives that boost workforce engagement, performance, and collaboration in an innovative environment.
Key Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with senior R&D leaders to anticipate and address business needs, turning them into HR solutions that support growth and innovation.
- Talent and Succession Planning: Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning, career development, and succession to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Build connections with senior leaders and teams, aligning HR initiatives to add measurable value.
- Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace by launching programs to enhance a culture of collaboration, creativity, and engagement.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and provide counsel to leaders on enhancing team effectiveness and individual growth.
- Examine HR metrics to provide insights on hiring, staff retention, and workforce strategy.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices, advising on updates to policies and procedures.
What you bringWe need a candidate who can handle strategic planning and manage operational HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following:Experience
- A master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- You can coach and challenge senior leaders and handle complex organizational situations.
- You have a good understanding of HR metrics, compliance, and strategies for increasing employee engagement and satisfaction
