As part of your project assignment, you will join the ASPIRE program. ASPIRE is one of the largest Roche business transformation programs. Its goal is to simplify and harmonize business processes across divisions and geographies, establish end-to-end processes across functions, and create a global template with an underlying system landscape that reduces operating costs. This program encompasses deployments across approximately 200 legal entities globally, impacting over 100,000 end-users.As the ASPIRE Commercial Cluster Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager, you will be part of the early preparation team supporting the commercial deployments across Pharma and Diagnostics Sales affiliates (approximately 130 entities). You will collaborate with regional Deployment and OCM teams to guide the core delivery against the ASPIRE OCM Deployment Framework for commercial affiliates in terms of time and budget.Orchestrate site engagement plans, nominate and onboard local SMEs, industrialize site visit planning and hosting, conduct local Leadership Visioning workshops, and perform initial change impact assessments and socialization.Manage Organizational Change Management (OCM) throughout the Early Deployment phase, including the selection, contracting, and onboarding of Commercial Core OCM Wave Teams.Refine Commercial Cluster OCM approaches or localized wave/affiliate-specific messaging, such as Affiliate playbooks, in alignment with evolving scopes.Evolve the commercial user engagement journey and toolkit, ensuring continuous improvement based on lessons learned.Ensure that local training requirements, strategies, materials, and deployment timelines are met and aligned with the global training team.Establish, monitor, and report a set of KPIs as part of the ASPIRE OCM KPI Framework, including reporting KPIs on OCM deployment and sustainment.Keep the OCM Commercial Cluster Lead informed of functional issues and plans, and collaborate with Change, Communication, and Training Enablement Capability Owners and early deployment functions to evolve the ASPIRE OCM Deployment Framework, identifying opportunities for combined efforts.Who you areOver 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, particularly in business and IT transformation programs like SAP S/HANA deployments. Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.Expertise in implementing OCM frameworks, tools, and approaches while managing stakeholders in large corporate environments through effective change campaigns.Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling, and concise key messages and narratives. Strategic thinker with an understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder environment shifts.Familiarity with agile ways of working (ideally the scaled agile framework), ability to build rapport quickly, and collaborative, team-oriented focus on client service.A self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, global environments, well-organized, proactive, transparent, and sensitive to people’s needs.
