- Provide Program Management in Identity & Access Management within organisation
- Provide Identity and access management advisory, solution architecture, and consulting to internal projects of varying size
- Coordinate scheduled recertification exercises throughout the year
- Develop, conduct and support IAM recertification training with business and IT stakeholders
- Develop best practices and create documentation in order to manage the security posture of the organisation
- Drive ongoing reduction in Privileged Access Management (PAM) risk by taking the lead throughout the full IT risk management life cycle
- Contribute to the information security standards and supporting documents including privileged access definitions, account type/approval matrices
- Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation etc.
- Use Active Directory knowledge to manage access entitlements between diverse systems
- Serve as a trusted adviser to the business/IT stakeholders and understand their core business processes, business priorities which can be enhanced using IM solutions
- Create/write highly effective internal communications
- Liaise with internal audit and external regulatory body for any inspections and assessments
- Drive organization wide strategy and implementation plans including but not limited to Privileged Access Management, Single Sign On and IAM governance
- Assist in alignment of overall security governance as it relates to IAM with IT architecture governance and project and portfolio management (PMO)
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
- Risk minded and aware
- Minimum 5 years overall IT Security or Access Management experience across different infrastructure platforms
- Minimum 10 years financial services experience
- Subject Matter Expertise on IT Security concepts, policies, and controls within a financial institution
- Industry knowledge of strategies associated with Identity and Access Management, and the ability to drive enhancements to existing processes and tools in order to improve overall effectiveness
- Knowledge of principles associated with both privilege access enterprise application user administration
- Good understanding of Audit framework and methodology
- Strong knowledge of tools, processes and capabilities to drive enhanced control improvements associated with Privileged Access
- In depth knowledge of processes and procedures associated with operating an administration access help desk
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics
