This position offers a great opportunity to immerse yourself in our Accounts Receivable processes and grow within the role. As a Credit Collector, you will play a key role in ensuring timely payment collection and account management, helping to keep our customer accounts accurate and up to date.Main responsibilities of this role:Communicate with our clients dailyTrack and resolve outstanding payment issuesOwn, report and proactively escalate any queries preventing paymentsAssist in clarifying unapplied cashResolve billing issues and address customer invoice queriesIdentify delinquent accounts to be written off or placed with collection agencyPrepare and contribute to various AR reportsProvide credit check and release blocked ordersDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with various stakeholders on all business levelsParticipate in various ad-hoc Group projects to improve order-to-cash processExecute other administrative tasksExperience and skills:Approx. 3-5 years proven experience as Credit Collector or similar roleExperience within a Shared Service Centre is preferredSound accounting and Excel skillsFluency both in German and in EnglishConfident user of SAP and MS Office ToolsProactive and hands-on mentalityStrong communicatorHigh problem solving skillsAnalytical mindsetWell-developed organization and prioritization skillsSecondary school certificate is a must, BSc in Finance & Accounting or in Business Administration is an advantageWhy us?At Nilfisk, we know that amazing people make amazing companies.
