Job Title Senior Change Manager FEC Wholesale & RuralJob DescriptionAre you the one who collaborates successfully across different regions and global FEC departments to deliver the cross-functional FEC W&R change portfolio?You and your jobFinancial Economic Crime (FEC) Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Operations is responsible for the operational management of FEC within the Global Regions where Rabobank is active, including Europe, North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand and Asia. With approx. 750 FTE across the five regions, effective change management is a critical component to the success of our teams. This requires central oversight and coordination in order to maintain an effective and efficient FEC workforce.As FEC W&R senior Change Manager, you take the lead in coordinating, monitoring and steering the FEC change agenda in multiple geographical regions within the W&R domain. This calls for strong stakeholder management, operational oversight, a structural approach, great relationship management and a getting-things-done mentality.Practical Examples
- You work closely together with stakeholders in the various Global FEC departments to ensure that regional requirements are taken into account and operational impact assessments are performed
- You lead and prepare cooperative structures including Regional FEC W&R Change crews and Regional FEC Change working group sessions to achieve transparency and cooperation on the FEC W&R change agenda
- You constantly seek opportunities to improve our change oversight position by enhancing the process, ways of working and measures to manage change in a complex international stakeholder environment.

- Establish a fully transparent and holistic FEC Change agenda for FEC W&R in the regions, by cooperating with the Global FEC departments in the execution of their FEC W&R project portfolio
- Guide and support the W&R regions to achieve their FEC Change deliverables
- Optimize our FEC W&R Change Oversight position in collaboration with both the Global FEC departments, FCC and the W&R regions

- Academic education/ level of thinking and working with at least 8 years’ experience within project & change management, preferably within FEC related projects;
- International experience within Wholesale & Rural, preferably in the FEC domain;
- Strong and informal leadership style focused on relationship management, motivation, facilitation, and reliability;
- Experience in working in a complex, global stakeholder field and ability to function amidst of organizational sensitivities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the flexibility to adapt to all levels within the organization;
- Experience with Lean and Agile way or working;
- Proficiency in English (oral and written). Good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
