Nous sommes partenaires des grands groupes brassicoles que nous avons suivis dans leur croissance à l’international.The CAPEX LEADER will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of our capital investment projects, ensuring the best possible quality/cost/time management of investment projects and managing the project teams provided.PLANNING AND ORGANISING THE INSTALLATION OF NEW FACILITIES·Carrying out detailed studies and defining requirements and return on investment prior to each project.·Analysing and coordinating investment requests and technical or technological choices (feasibility, etc.).·Drawing up project specifications, validation protocols and project implementation schedules in collaboration with other departments (maintenance, production, safety, quality).·Selecting suppliers and service providers: negotiating and coordinating contracts, checking that work is carried out and products delivered.·Selecting materials and tools and preparing the site.IMPROVING PRODUCTION TOOLS·Devising a policy and selecting appropriate resources to ensure that production tools operate more efficiently.·Supporting design choices to guarantee and improve production performance.MANAGING ACTIVITY AND TEAMS·Setting up and organising the work of internal and external teams with sometimes heterogeneous specialities (operators, technicians, supervisors, engineers).·Manage resources: allocate human and material resources.·Setting up and monitoring indicators relating to the department’s activity (technical dashboard, financial reporting, etc.).·Checks that the project is progressing smoothly, ensuring that deadlines, costs and quality are met.·Maintaining relations with social partners to ensure the safety of people and property.REGULATORY CONTROLS– Ensuring compliance with safety measures for external and/or internal teams in charge of projects, installations and the environment, in order to prevent and manage the impact of production.To join your team, you had / are :

  • a Master degree in general business, engineering or equivalent (mechanical or electrical/automation)
  • A certification in project management is a plus
  • 10+ years’ experience with a significant experience in engineering and industry
  • a proven track record in industry and agrifood industry
  • a Prior experience in technical project management
  • Proficiency in French / English (written and spoken) / Spanish

Position based in Reims or San Adrian (Spain)Frequent travel in France and Spain (50%)
