Make your move, Join us!Number of employees150-199 employeesJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Logistics Launch Project Manager to join our team. This role is key in overseeing the logistics operations during ramp-up phases and ensuring the smooth coordination of all activities related to the tracking of bodies and parts in production. You will be at the heart of a collaborative team working to meet tight deadlines and operational targets.Required Service:1. Tracking of bodies during ramp-up phases:

• Coordination of schedules with the respective Z-areas and internal customers, such as Surface departments
• Ensuring adherence to schedules
• Creation of handover protocols
• Coordination of body scrapping
• Support in the implementation of production programs
• On-site support

2. Tracking of parts during ramp-up phases:

• Coordination of truck deliveries (registration, pickup, unloading)
• Coordination of existing ramp-up warehouses by production planning
• Distribution of parts from the warehouse and coordination of delivery to the facility or internal customers
• Ensuring adherence to timelines
• Coordination of part scrapping
• Reordering missing parts, if necessary
• On-site support

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and German (mandatory)
• Proven experience in logistics or project management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
