The Linden Medical Group is seeking to further expand our fabulous reception/administration team.We are looking to recruit an experienced, efficient, enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible and well organised Medical Receptionist/Administrator.The working hours are between 25 – 30 over AM (between 8am – 1pm), PM (between 1pm – 6.30pm) and/or full day shifts.This is an extremely busy role which requires hard work, the ability to multi task, to deal with multiple different demands on your time, the ability to calm a situation to prevent escalation, a good sense of humour, active listening skills, the ability to fit in with an established, friendly, team, the ability to prioritise to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, excellent customer service skills and a smart, professional appearance.Previous experience of the SystmOne clinical system is necessaryMain duties of the jobWe are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:Excellent customer service skills.The ability to empathise.The ability to remain calm under pressure.Demonstrates active listening skills.Be sensitive to the needs of others.Who are adept at problem-solving.Excellent attention to detail.The ability to prioritise daily work to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.The ability to integrate into an established team.Good Sense of humour.Positive attitude.Professional Telephone mannerIn return we can offer a position within a very friendly Practice and pleasant working conditions.
